Projection Description/Aim/Result:
The new Operations Manager will be responsible to knit together the current structures in place within all departments to enable the Company to grow to the next level.
While current roles are performed adequately within the Company, the new Operations Manager will liaise with design, procurement, workshop and Accounts to ensure these existing processes are performed to maximise efficiency.
He will be required to provide Management with an overview of current projects as well as providing opportunities in new markets through his extensive contacts in the sector.
With increased efficiencies through linking each department together more closely, the Operations Manager will provide the Company with opportunities to increase efficiencies and profitability.
